About me

Riccardo is a Consultant and International Relations Expert. He holds a Bachelor degree in Law and a Master in International Law from the Catholic University of Milan.

Riccardo was mainly focused on European and International relations since the beginning of his activities. He joined an European platform which brings together university students and lately due to the experience gained he was chosen to be the delegate for one of the largest youth organization in Europe, that brings together 58 youth organizations from 39 countries all over Europe. He was elected Vice President for two mandates in 2013 and later in 2015 until 2017.In 2015 he started a collaboration, as a campaign manager for an American non-profit, nonpartisan organization, that promotes freedom and democracy worldwide. He runs many trainings to increase the role of marginalized groups in the political process around Europe, and he was also an observer to elections in Europe, Asia and Africa.

He is one of the founders of the Transatlantic Youth Summit (TYS) an annual conference held in Washington D.C. that brings together selected young people from Europe and US to discuss about transatlantic relations. He was also a member of the staff of Jean Claude Juncker road trip campaign to become president of the European Commission.

In 2017 he has worked as Advisor to the Chairman of the Italian Senate Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Migration where he was mainly responsible for the Eurasia region.

From January 2018 he is Special Representative of the OSCE  Chairperson-in-Office on Innovation Technology Youth and Security. OSCE  With 57 participating States in North America, Europe and Asia is the world’s largest regional security organization. The OSCE works for stability, peace and democracy for more than a billion people, through political dialogue about shared values and through practical work that makes a lasting difference.

Riccardo is a Junior Fellows at the Aspen Institute, Secretary General of the Global Blockchain and AI Council and Fellow of the Centre for Eurasian Studies.
